Karen Vommaro is a consummate professional. She knows the East Lake real estate market very well and valued our home for sale within 3% of what its actual sale price. We had a contract for sale within 3 months and actually the buyers had expressed interest within 2 months but had to sell their place first. We were very pleased all around. Karen's very accessible and answered all questions, big and small in a very timely fashion. What set Karen apart for us was her ability to help with readying the home for sale - she has a handyman for just about any need and even let these folks into the home to do their thing allowing us to continue to go to work. We'd definitely use the services of Karen again and highly recommend her to others.

What a joy it was to work with Karen. She knows the area very well. She really listened to what was important to us in a home and most importantly she was honest with us . Karen was never to busy to answer a question . It was a pleasure to buy our home .We have bought and sold 8 homes our 30 years of marriage and this was the easiest Thanks to Karen.

Karen is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about Pinellas county real estate, and the East Lake area in particular. During our home-buying experience, she was extremely patient and professional with us throughout the process and provided much valuable information. We looked at many homes with her, and even submitted offers on multiple homes before finding 'the one'. Karen is also currently listing a home for sale for us and has done a great job of marketing the home via photos, videos, and open houses. Hoping for a quick sale, but will miss working with her! Thanks again Karen!

Karen was a pleasure to work with. She has in-depth knowledge of the local area and worked hard to find properties that fit within my budget and wish list. She is honest and straightforward when it comes to the pros and cons of evaluating a property. In addition, Karen went the extra mile working with me as I live out of state and therefore needed some extra assistance from time to time. I would highly recommend Karen Vommaro to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
